Dear Colleagues

The Joint Trade Union Side has met to draw up this year’s pay claim.

The Joint Trade Union Side has registered our anger at the fact that the Company has failed to properly progress negotiations over moving to a £10 per hour hourly rate, as agreed in last year’s pay talks.

We are therefore putting in a straightforward pay claim this year and the main focus will be achieving £10 an hour.

Our aspiration for £10 per hour is legitimate, employees of G4S will be on £10 an hour in 2008.

These negotiations will not be easy and we will need support from the employees if we are to achieve our goal

The joint trade unions have agreed to launch a campaign over the £10 per hour issue we will keep colleagues advised of developments in the negotiations.

SECURITAS HAS NOW BEEN REBRANDED AS LOOMIS
